I live and work in Mold, North Wales, creating lino-cut images and experimenting with sgraffito methods. So far, all have been produced using water soluble oil paints. My subject matter seems to veer between cats, people and foliage.
For many years I worked as a potter which led to a small pottery class for children at Bryn Coch School. Fast forward 19 years and this has evolved to a highly successful art club for children at Bryn Coch after school nearly every day to accomodate 68 children aged 5 - 11 years old. I also teach adults in Drawing, Paint and Draw and Watercolours in Bethesda Chapel Hall. Cilcain village has kindly let me run a thriving drawing class in their village hall.
Joining the Cilcain Artisans has been a wonderful and positive experience. We meet regularly, sharing ideas, methods and new business propositions that on our own may not have happened.
Further details of classes can be found on my web site www.caroludale.com
